Dancing! and dog dog

Mommy and William aften dance to the Imagination Movers theme song and their show ending song. William has learned to "turn around, turn around, turn around" very well while singing along. =) He has also learned hot dog from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. He will try to sing along with that song, too. As an offshoot, he has learned to request his lunch. Mommy heated up a hotdog for her one day (she didn't make one for William because she had picked up reduced fat and he hadn't liked them), and when William saw her taking it out of the microwave, he pointed and said "Dog dog!" He didn't want his peanut butter anymore!

This morning as Mickey Mouse came walking up his path to start the show, William came over to Mommy and grabbed her hands to pull her up. He was ready to dance! He did his little jig while stomping his feet until the roll call. Then he had to stop and point to all of the characters.

William certainly is up on toddler culture! He knows all his Disney characters, his Sesame Street characters, Caillou, Thomas the Train, Noddy, Berenstain Bears, Dragon Tales, and his Sprout personalities Chica, Nina, and Star. What does this say about his parents?

His is learning other things, though. This morning, for instance, we pulled out his wooden blocks with the pictures on the side and he could make the noises of the horse, cow, elephant, duck, train, dog, and car when he saw their pictures. He could say kitty, bee, ball, bird, boat and sort of say airplane, acorn, and bug.
