Thanksgiving feast

William came home from school Monday before Thanksgiving excited about making a pilgrim costume and being a pilgrim for his class's Thanksgiving feast the next day. He was glad he was not an Indian. I told him he is an Indian in real life, and he wasn't too excited about it. I reminded him how dark Daddy's and Jake's skin gets in the summer, and his gets dark, too. I told him he is a mix of Pilgrim and Indian. Not sure he is ready for that.
