Big Boy William

August was a sad month as we lost our Mimi suddenly and unexpectedly. She was dearly loved and will be forever missed.

William and Mommy spent three and a half weeks in South Carolina. During that time, William had a blast playing with Bee Bee's dogs and kitten. He carried Cheez-Its around the house so that the dogs would chase him. He would get the tennis ball for Maggie and head to the door, ready to go play with her outside. The kitten would hide underneath the bed, covered by the dust ruffle and then jump out to grab William around the waist as he passed by. William loved it all! We love Lang Se tremendously, but he just does not play with William like Bee Bee's pets play. Lang Se sleeps all day on Mommy's and Daddy's bed.

Today William and Mommy went outside to get the mail and saw the neighbors in their front yard, so we went down to say hello. William had lots of fun playing with the three children, and he thinks he is just as big as the older girls. He put their bike helmet on his head and then tried to climb onto the two wheel big-girl bike. He was not at all interested in the plastic tricycle they had in the yard. He wants to do what the big kids do!
