William had his birthday party two days after his birthday. Mommy woke up that morning at 4:00 to the sound of rain coming down! Oh, no! Saturday was supposed to be clear--the two days before were the ones with chances of rain. Bad weather forecasters! The rain stopped so that the ground could dry out and Mommy could decorate for the party, but just at 2:30 when the guests arrived, the rain fell again. Thank goodness it did not last long and we had Disney puppets to make to tide the children over until they could run and play again. We ended up with 15 children at the party, running, playing in the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, throwing a frisbee, and participating in a horse race. They had a great time!
