William and Mommy are staying at Bee Bee and Granddaddy's house. William loves the animals. When we first arrived, William saw Purrcy, the cat, and ran up to him, calling out his name in excitement. Purrcy also seemed excited to see William and ran up to him, almost giving him a kitty hug. William loves running around after Reggie, the dog, too. He has lots of little playmates in this house.
He also has his favorite animals outside. William asked to go outside, headed over to the horse pasture and pointed to "George!" How does he remember all the names?!? This morning after William finished his milk and breakfast, he asked to go "Outside, see George." We went out, and he ran up to the fence calling George over so he could pet him. Then we had fun playing in the cool of the morning. We went over to the crab apple tree to collect crab apples and count them. Then we went over to the magnolia tree where he picked up two of the fallen buds which he held like maracas. When I held him up to smell one of the blossoms, he inhaled the perfume with the sweetest expression on his face as he tilted his nose to the petals. We then watch all the birds flying and floating above the trees and pastures.
We finally went back inside so William could have his juice--and resume pulling Purrcy's tail. Thank goodness Purrcy is kind to William!
