Back Home

We arrived home late last night, and William was sound alseep. Daddy and I were able to unpack the car with William sleeping peacefully in his car seat. When we finally brought him inside, he heard our cat's voice and in his groggy voice said, "Lang Se." I picked the cat up so we could have a hug, and William started stroking Lang Se's back so sweetly. Lang Se leaned in and gave William a head hug with his little eyes closed contentedly and his motor purring loudly. They were both glad to see each other.

This morning, William has been back to his normal self, rediscovering his toys and playing quietly. He has visited his Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and he has watched some of Toy Story 2 (which he hasn't seen in three weeks! Oh my!) He then came upstairs and asked to watch dinosaur movie (Night at the Museum), and then he asked Lang Se, "Lang Se, watch dinosaur movie?" Then "Come on, Lang Se, downstairs to watch movie?" He then went up into my bedroom and urged Lang Se to follow him by gently trying to pick the cat up. All the way downstairs as the three of us walked together, William was carrying on a very verbal conversation with the cat. I don't think he talked that much or that clearly in such sentences the entire time we were in SC.
