William had our neighbor girl over for a play date last week. When he showed her the glowing eyes made from a paper towel roll and glow stick, his friend said, "My MeMa has those. I can get more glow sticks from her." William excitedly answered back, "I have a MeMa! She is in Heaven."
Today, Charles found Mema's red cowboy hat in a bag sent home with us yesterday. Charles loves hats and was soon wearing it around the house. William laughingly started calling out, "MeMa! MeMa! Oh, it's Charles." The beautiful, pure faith of a child. He misses MeMa, but he is so ok at the same time.
