Wacky Wednesday

Today is Wacky Wednesday, and William got to dress up for school. It is Read Across America week, so he dressed in pajamas on Monday, and he dressed as a super reader yesterday. He wasn't too sure about dressing up as a super hero because he didn't want to look silly. He was glad he did after he saw his friends. After school, though, he was again hesitant about dressing for Wacky Wednesday. We had to make sure his friend Jack was dressing up, and then he got very excited. He planned his outfit: mixed up socks, mixed up shoes, socks on his hands, and his coat on backwards! I also got him to wear his shirt backwards. When he got home, he found shoes on the walls and ceilings! He wasn't too keen with the shoe on his own wall, but he liked finding all the shoes, especially after we re-read the book.
