The Clicker

This picture is what I found when I came up to bed tonight--William awake, sitting in my bed, aiming the tv remote at the satellite receiver, telling me he loves Ninja Turtles. The boy has learned to use the remote (or "clicker" as Daddy has taught him) and knows how to look at the DirecTV guide pictures to identify his shoes. Now tonight he says Daddy turned on Turtles for him, but he has easily found Disney Junior and Nick Junior. He also knows how to access our "list" and find the shows we have recorded for him. Too much! How different his age four is from my age four thirty-two years ago!
