William's first day of kindergarten was Wednesday, and he did great! We got pictures of him with his current goal for the future:becoming a coach/teacher like Daddy.
We took pictures outside
and with our neighbors who climbed on the bus with him.
Charles of course joined in. When the bus arrived, I managed to snag a quick kiss before he climbed right on. He handed the driver his bus pass and put in carefully in his backpack.
I think we stopped traffic for a bit with the mommies taking pictures and the driver taking care of the kids. Then they were off, and we jumped in our car to beat them to school to watch William get off the bus. He was a champ! He followed the teachers right into school!
At the end of his day, he got back on his bus and made it home. He loved the bus, calling it a roller coaster. Finding out about school was a little tough, but we finally found out his cubby and place at his table were labeled with his name, and he had snack!
